Salal Berry Liqueur
Our Salal Berry Liqueur is foraged from the coastal forests of the Pacific. Wild salal berries are rich and sweet with a hint of salt, and ripen into an elegant, deep liqueur with the texture of satin.
Use this deep liqueur in a spritzer with sparkling wine or hard cider, substitute for simple syrup in a favorite cocktail, or add a half ounce to your manhattan or martini. You will enjoy the body, balance, and vibrant color of the liqueur paired with a variety of spirits from vodka and gin to whisky, tequila, brandy, and rum.
Rules of Purchase and Delivery
Regulations enforced by the OLCC are as follows:
Delivery is limited to no more than a total of six (6) spirits products and no more than two (2) bottles of the same product. Delivery is limited to once per day at any street address.
Customer must be able to verify that they are at least 21 years of age and not be visibly intoxicated at the time of receiving the spirits.
We will record the name and date of birth of the final consumer receiving the spirits (the final consumer that recieves the spirits does not need to be the consumer that ordered it); and the address at which the distilled spirits are delivered.
