Inspired by the forests of the Pacific Northwest, Faith Dionne hand forages wild botanicals. From the treetops to the forest floor, the riverbanks to the deep woods, she gathers the ingredients for her craft spirits to give you a taste of Oregon that you can't get anywhere else.

Take Your Cocktail to the Forest
This month’s featured cocktail recipe is “3 Tree Sidecar”
1/2 oz JAZ Spirits Spruce Tip Vodka
1 1/2 oz Cognac
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Maple syrup
Shake ingredients with ice to chill and dilute. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with sage or a lemon twist.
